(I had this problem a couple years ago and eventually it seemed to resolve itself - but not this time.) So I have the work-around I just described, but it's very very clumsy. dok manually in a Text editing program and I THINK that sticks - but I have to do it by aligning with some other icon, and I can't see the results until I save that and "restore from.
I've looked at all the the settings, and I don't see anything that might be related, but there must be SOMETHING, SOMEWHERE that I haven't found. ini file?) Any suggestions? A few years ago I tried uninstalling DesktopOK and reinstalling - but that didn't seem to help either, something must have remained behind.
